1) Be Loyal, Dependable and MotivatedShow up on time, speak positive about yourself and your co-workers, and be flexible when it comes to taking on new responsibilities or assignments.
2) Take the Initiative of Trying to Learn More
Look around to see what needs to be done and do it, instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do. Whenever appropriate, ask questions or suggest changes and new ways of doing things.
3) Be a Team Player
Go out of your way to help others: co-workers, supervisors, customers, and anyone else you may interact with. When working with other people, make it an enjoyable experience for them.
